  3. Identity verification used in live training programs: The identity of the user is verified to enter the direct communication tools (virtual classes) through the following steps:
    • Having a verified user account on the platform.
    • Only users added to the training program page are allowed to access the session page on the platform.
    • Access to the virtual classroom tool is available at least half an hour before the session.
    • The start of the session is required by the training program supervisor.
    • If the trainee enters the session, the password for the sent session must be entered.
    • The trainee is in the waiting room until he is allowed by the session moderator, to verify his identity.
    • All the initial data of the trainee is brought from the platform to the virtual class session.
    • The video camera must be kept open for the duration of the training program for all participants.
    • The session moderator has the right to disqualify each user whose name or identity has not been verified, or who is not enrolled in the training program.
    • The session supervisor manages the dialogue and discussion in coordination with the trainer.
  4. Verifying the identity of the user in self-training programs:
    • All policies to verify a user's identity in registering for the platform apply here.
    • Only the target group of the training program is allowed to enter and start training.
    • All user cookies are saved, used for identity verification purposes, and for the completion of the training programme.
    • It is not possible to access the self-training programs for more than one device at the same time, and if this is done, the user's account will be suspended.
  1. The virtual attendance in the simultaneous training style of the various training programs, and using the various tools for the virtual classes provided by the platform, is equivalent to the traditional regular attendance.
  2. Attendance is monitored automatically for each direct training program, and attendance of at least 80% of the program's scheduled period is required.
  3. The trainee's failure to comply with the minimum attendance rate will deprive him of obtaining a certificate of completion of the training program.
  4. For each direct training program, a specialized training supervisor is assigned, who supports the trainer in all technical and technical aspects. He also supervises the follow-up of attendance and participation, and monitors the entry of students to the platform and virtual classroom sessions.
  5. The training program supervisor confirms attendance during the training program to verify the presence of the trainees for the duration of the program.
  6. The origin of the training program is social participation and discussions between the trainees and the trainer, and attendance alone is not sufficient to achieve the objectives of the training program, and the trainer and the training supervisor motivate the participants to do so.
  7. The training program trainer presents the training activities and cases, to motivate the trainees to participate.
  8. It is recommended to employ asynchronous tools in the platform in addition to the virtual classes, such as: discussions in the forum, talks, tests, costs and research, ... etc., in order to achieve the objectives of the training program.

    • The electronic attendance of trainees in self-training programs is automatically monitored and recorded.
    • Achievement reports and completion percentage of trainees in self-training programs are automatically monitored, and the training supervisor prepares periodic reports in this regard.
    • Completing the review of all the contents of the training program is according to the linear system.
    • Interact with exercises and training activities.
    • Pass the objective tests at the end of each training unit with a score of no less than 80%.
    • Pass the final test of the training program with a score of at least 80%.

    • The final exam can be repeated for an unlimited number of times.

    • Impersonation of others: The trainee pretends to be someone else in the class, in an exam or exam, or in any kind of academic assignment.
  5. The Disciplinary Committee, after confirming the violations referred to it, may impose one or more criminal penalties.
